这是我第二款新年饼干,
蔓越莓饼干老公对这饼干赞不绝口,
更是一口接一口停不下来。。哈哈哈。。。
这个饼干酥脆, 当你咬一口蔓越莓带有轻微的酸味,
你肯定会想要再咬一口。。。
所以我介绍这个饼干给大家,希望你们会喜欢
材料:
250克 牛油
60克 黄糖
295克 普通面粉
50 克 玉米粉
100克 蔓越梅干,
100克 蔓越梅干,
做法:
1)
牛油和细糖搅打至呈白至松发,将面粉过筛在碗里,备用。
2)
慢慢的分次倒入粉料,搅拌均匀。即可。
3)
最后放入蔓越梅干,用橡胶刮刀翻拌均匀。
4)
用小茶匙取出适量的小面团,直接放在铺上烘焙纸的烤盘上。
5)
放进预热烤箱,以170度烤约20-25分钟或金黄色即可。

Method:
1 1。 Beat butter
and sugar till pale and fluffy . (Sift
plain flour in a bowl, set aside )

Slowly add in plain
flour and mix well .

Lastly pour in
the berries and fold well with a rubber spatula.

Shape the cookie
dough using a spoon then using a knife
to push the dough onto the baking sheet.

Bake at
preheated oven at 170 C for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown.
