芝士牛油小面包
这是家里最受欢迎的面包之一,我采用了之前的食谱
做这款面包只为了满足孩子们的需求,他们太爱芝士了。。哈哈
面包外面放上满满的芝士,面包体是软软的真的很好吃
我还留了一些面团做了现在很红的香菇的形状 。。。 呵呵
高粉 - 350g
低粉- 50g
幼糖 - 60g
牛奶 - 200g
牛油 - 50g
即溶酵母 - 5g
莫扎里拉奶酪
适量
做法 :
1) 除了奶油外,所有材料混合成团。
2) 最后加入奶油揉成光滑面团 。初步发酵60分钟。
3)把面团取出, 排气,将面团分割成50克,滚圆, 松弛10分钟。
4)整型滚圆,放在抹上油的烤盘, 第二轮发酵 50- 60分钟或两倍大。
5) 然后撒上适量的芝士丝,预热烤箱,以170度烘约20-25分钟至金黄色
香菇面包
取一份 50克面团擀成圆面片。中央勺入一份内馅
整形成小圆球,稍微压扁
封口朝上将面团沾上过筛可可粉 (我只做3粒 )
High powder - 350g
Low powder - 50g
Caster sugar - 60g
water - 200g
Butter - 50g
Instant yeast - 5g
Mozzarella cheese
Method :
1) Place all
the yogurt dough and all
ingredients and mix well add in butter.
2) Mix into
form a smooth dough. Rest for 60 minutes
3) Remove the
dough, divided the dough into 55 g, knead to form a smooth dough.
4) cover with
wet cloth, rest for 10 minutes.
5) and
shape the dough into a balls, place to
the baking tray.
6) Complete
the 2nd round of proofing until it's doubled
size.
7) Then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top ,bake at
pre-heated oven at 170C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
