橙皮海燕窝果酱
配合AuntyYoung的介绍海燕窝,我也顺便介绍这容易又简单的食谱。
这是一道健康又美味和养颜的料理。

海底燕窝,作为日常滋补和保健的食品,其功效不比燕窝差哦 !
价值便宜又还可保健肠胃功能,排除体内毒素,继而达到美容养颜的功效,值得一试
这是几个月前我带橙皮海燕窝果酱去姐妹家聚会时拍的
材料:
珊瑚草( 海燕窝) -180g
黄糖 – 80g
橙皮 用1
粒橙 (切丁 用热水烫一烫)
柠檬汁- 20 ML
水 ~150
ML
做法 :
1.将海燕窝泡水约3-4小时。 沥干水分,用搅拌机搅碎待用。
2.把水煮滚,放橙皮和糖煮开。
3.加入搅碎海燕窝,用小火不停的搅拌至喜欢的浓稠程度即可(约10-15分钟)。
4.待等完全冷却之后,装进器皿中收藏。
Sea Bird
Nest Jam
Ingredients :
Sea bird
nest 180g
Brown sugar 80 g
Water 150ml
Orange peel 1
orange ( stripped to the small cube ,
Soaked with hot water )
Method:
1. The sea
bird's nest soaked for about 3-4 hours. Then drain blending with a blender and set aside.
2. Boil the water in a pot, add in the brown sugar and dissolve them put in the
orange peel to boil about 5 min.
3. Add in minced sea bird's nest, stirring
constantly over low heat until thick (about 10-15 minutes).
4. Allow to
cool completely before Serve .
