烫面相思蛋糕, 这是我第一次用烫面来做蛋糕,
一款清新而不腻的美味蛋糕
蛋糕体的松软微Q,
甜度适中,加上百香果的香气,味道超赞的。
同时轻盈的蛋糕体,让人不自觉地一片接一片。
为一美中不足的是,里面的百香果都下沉在底层了。
烫面对我来说是新尝试,是一款高水分,粉量少,
油脂的含量则多。
因为过稀的蛋黄糊与蛋白糊,混合的时后蛋白一定会消泡,
相对来说失败率比较高。
这一款烫面相思蛋糕,直得一试,
蛋糕组织比普通式还要来得松软细腻,
所以我只能以清淡不腻来形容,没两下就吃完了 !
低筋
,加入一个全蛋拌均,在加入其它蛋黄搅拌均
最后百香果,
材料:
75 克 牛油
85 克 低筋粉
1 个全蛋
5 个蛋黄
85 毫升鲜奶
1 粒百香果
5 个蛋白
95 克 黄糖
75 克 牛油
85 克 低筋粉
1 个全蛋
5 个蛋黄
85 毫升鲜奶
1 粒百香果
5 个蛋白
95 克 黄糖
低筋
2),加入一个全蛋拌均,在加入其它蛋黄搅拌均
