spring onion & sunflower seed cookies

       义卖会第六和第七款饼干葵花籽香酥饼干

和青葱黑胡椒咸香饼干 


    饼干口感很香脆,又是另一款酥脆又好吃的饼干。







葵花籽饼干

材料:

牛油 250g
低粉 135g
黄糖 95g
葵花籽 110g (烘香)
玉米粉 120g
粘米粉50g
¼ 


做法:

1)牛油加黄糖打至蓬松发白,分次加入蛋液打匀。

)加入混合过筛的粉类和葵花籽 ,以刮刀拌匀成糊状。

)用小茶匙取出适量的小面团,直接放在铺上烘焙纸的烤盘上。
4
)送入预热烤箱150°- 20-25分钟。(我的烤箱150°- 25分钟)

Sunflower seed cookies

Butter 250g
135g high ratio flour
Brown sugar 95g
110g sunflower seed
Corn flour 120g
Rice flour 50g
¼ salt


Method
1. Combine butter, brown sugar and salt, whisk well until creamy .
2.  Add mix in flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
3.  Add ground sunflower seed and  combine it.  
4. Pinch off some dough about 15g each and shape press slightly and place it on baking tray.
5.  bake in preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes at 150C  baked until brown.  Remove from oven 





250克奶油(室温融化)
90克糖粉
100克青葱(清洗后,吸干水分,切小粒或碎,把黑胡椒和青葱搅拌拌匀)
130克普通面粉
黑胡椒1 ½茶匙
110玉米粉
粘米粉50g
1半茶匙盐
1/4小苏打粉


做法:

1.奶油加糖粉打至发白。
2分次的加入粉类
3.加入葱花拌匀,然后筛入面粉和盐搅拌拌匀。
4.将面糊装入裱花布袋里,挤出漂亮的花朵。 (花嘴必需使用大号的,否则葱花容易塞在挤嘴里,我用的花嘴856号)
5.将挤好的花儿,送入预热烤箱里以150度烘烤25-30分钟,至上色即可。
