巧克力湿蛋糕

            让我这巧克力控有口福了








材料:


牛油250g
黄糖90g
butter cream 200g
4粒,
低筋面粉 180g +发粉 12 小匙 + ½ baking soda(粉类过筛)
可可粉 80g,
黑巧克力  80 g  (隔水煮至融化,离火待用)
黑巧克力粒 150 g

做法:

1  用打蛋器把牛油 和糖打至蓬松。再把蛋液分次加入,搅拌至均匀。
2) 加入淡奶油,融化黑巧克力,加入过筛后的粉类,可可粉,巧克力粒搅拌均匀

3) 烤箱预热至170C / 180 C  烤盘摸里涂上牛油,倒入面糊
4) 烤35~45分钟,即可



  Ingrediants :


 Butter– 250g
 Brown sugar – 90g
 Egg – 4
butter cream 200g
Low protein flour/Cake flour – 180g
Chocolate powder/Cocoa powder - 80g
Dark chocolate 80g
 Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
 Chocolate chips – 150g

Method
1.  flour and dark chocolate powder  sieve, set aside.

2. whisk butter & sugar  until  thick and fluffy , add in eggs one by one  until all combine

3. Add flour mixture into the egg mixture, whisk until smooth and well combined.

4. Pour the melt chocolate over the batter, and chocolate chip ,use a spatula mix well until incorporated.

5. Pour the batter into cake mould 


6. Bake in preheated oven at 170C / 180C for 35 - 45 minutes or until cooked.
7. Remove from mould and leave to cool completely.
