蔓越莓和牛油巧克力粒饼干


             做来送给马来友族 的一些饼干,

            在这也祝大家假期快乐和开斋节快











牛油巧克力粒饼干

材料:

牛油 250g
低粉 300g
黄糖 75g
1
苦味巧克力粒 200g
杏仁粉 100g
¼ 盐


做法:

1)牛油加黄糖打至蓬松发白,分次加入蛋液打匀。
2)加入混合过筛的粉类和巧克力粒,以刮刀拌匀成糊状。
3)用小茶匙取出适量的小面团,直接放在铺上烘焙纸的烤盘上。
4)送入预热烤箱150°度- 20-25分钟。(我的烤箱150°度- 25分钟)

 Chocolate chip butter cookies

Butter 250g
300g high ratio flour
Brown sugar 75g
1 egg
200g Bitterness chocolate chip
100g ground almond
1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
¼ salt


Method
1. Combine butter, brown sugar and salt, whisk well until creamy .  Add whole egg and whisk evenly.
2.  Add mix in flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
3.  Add ground almond and  combine it. 
4. Pinch off some dough about 15g each and shape press slightly and place it on baking tray.
5.  bake in preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes at 150C  baked until brown.  Remove from oven



蔓越莓

材料:

牛油250
低粉125
 粘米粉50
玉米粉110
糖粉90
蔓越莓乾    160
¼盐


做法:

3 )用小茶匙取出适量的小面团,直接放在铺上烘焙纸的烤盘上。
4 )送入预热烤箱150°度 - 20-25分钟(我的烤箱150°度 - 25分钟)

Corn flour 50g
Rice flour 110g
icing sugar 100g
¼ salt
Cranberry  160g


Method
1. Combine butter, icing sugar and salt, whisk well until creamy .
2.  Add mix in flour and  mix well to make a soft dough.
3.  Add cranberry and  combine it. 
4. Pinch off some dough about 15g each and shape press slightly and place it on baking tray.
5.  bake in preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes at 150C  baked until brown.  Remove from oven
