百香果烫面相思蛋糕


      烫面相思蛋糕, 这是我第一次用烫面来做蛋糕,
           一款清新而不腻的美味蛋糕

  很喜欢这蛋糕的组织, 很细腻很漂亮,蛋糕体的松软微Q
      甜度适中,加上百香果的香气,味道超赞的。

     同时轻盈的蛋糕体,让人不自觉地一片接一片。

     为一美中不足的是,里面的百香果都下沉在底层了。

    烫面对我来说是新尝试,是一款高水分,粉量少,
                 油脂的含量则多。

  因为过稀的蛋黄糊与蛋白糊,混合的时后蛋白一定会消泡,
            相对来说失败率比较高。

      这一款烫面相思蛋糕,直得一试,

      蛋糕组织比普通式还要来得松软细腻,


    所以我只能以清淡不腻来形容,没两下就吃完了 !










牛油隔水溶化,倒入过筛后的低筋粉拌均

拌匀后,加入一个全蛋拌均,在加入其它蛋黄搅拌均




最后加入鲜奶和百香果,拌匀后备用




材料:
75
牛油
85
低筋粉
1
个全蛋
5
个蛋黄
85
毫升鲜奶
1
百香果
5
个蛋白
95


做法:

1) 牛油隔水溶化,倒入过筛后的
低筋粉拌均
2拌匀后,加入一个全蛋拌均,在加入其它蛋黄搅拌均
3) 最后加入鲜奶和百香果,拌匀后备用
4)蛋白打直粗泡,分次加入黄糖,打至湿性发泡
5)将蛋白霜混合,加入拌好的蛋黄烫面至均匀。
6拌好的面糊,倒入铺了油纸的 7寸长方模,放入预热烤箱下层150度 水浴法,烘50-60 分钟

  2. 我也是想说来搞一下烫面的相思蛋糕,看会不会比较好烤好控制,妳就烤了。。。哈哈!
    因为我想棉花蛋糕也是烫面,很好控制,相思蛋糕应该也是一样吧!
